About Us

My journey into food began long before I ever opened a business. I was born a farmer’s daughter, surrounded by the countryside and raised with a deep appreciation for locally grown, seasonal produce and quality ingredients.

From my teenage years, I worked in pubs and restaurants in Manchester and the surrounding areas, learning the industry from the ground up. Those early years taught me the importance of hard work, consistency and honest food done well. After moving back to Shropshire, I had the privilege of working under a fantastic head chef and close friend, where I truly discovered my passion for cooking and developing flavours.

In 2008, I took the plunge and launched my first business—an online hamper company. After building it successfully, I later sold the business, allowing me to refocus on what I loved most: cooking, sourcing fresh ingredients and creating food people genuinely enjoy.

In 2016, I opened a healthy eating café in Telford. Alongside the café, we launched a second company producing healthy ready meals, which were an immediate success. However, demand for freshly prepared food kept growing, and customers increasingly wanted catering rather than café dining.

That same year, I was asked to provide corporate catering for a local business—and that was the turning point. The catering side quickly grew beyond the café, and I made the decision to close the café completely and focus solely on outside catering. I’ve never looked back.

Today, I’m incredibly proud of the loyal client base I’ve built and the reputation we’ve earned for fresh, locally sourced food delivered with care, professionalism and passion. Every event, whether large or small, reflects my love for great produce, thoughtful cooking and exceptional service.
