With the success of the catering taking over the cafe I decided to go all guns out with outside catering and close the cafe completely.

I was born a farmers daughter and love the countryside and all it has to offer with locally grown and sourced produce and products, from teenage years I grew up in up in Pubs and restaurants in Manchester and surrounding areas, where I worked and learnt as I went along.

Moving back to Shropshire I found working under a great head chef and friend I found my love for food and cooking.

Finally 2008 I took the plunge and started my first business an online Hamper company. I later sold it and went on to more cooking and sourcing fresh ingredients.
